London has been on my mind a bit lately, though to be fair London is nearly always on my mind! Can't believe I'm not heading back to my favourite city this year. I am going to some amazing places but part of me is tempted to change my plans completely so I can include London. There is always next year I guess 🤔 Neal's Yard, Covent Garden Nov 2017
Brisbane's Shibuya Crossing? Obviously not as busy as the famous Tokyo crossing, but at home time the intersection of Adelaide & Edward Streets is full of pedestrians going in all directions.
So I've been passed this barber shop when I've been on the bus and I always think I'd love to take a photo or two of it. Well today I did. They were in between customers & I said I'd love to take some photos, to which they said no worries. I said I didn't want to look dodgy but I think it looks like I was having taken this photo but I couldn't resist. Sometimes an opportunity appears & you just gotta take it! Thanks for the shot Razor Boys
Well since the two photos I recently shared of my mini South Island road trip 2 yrs ago did so well both in Instagram & Facebook, I'm going to share some more over the next couple days.. I have shared some of these previously but seriously, who goes back over peoples feeds?! Anyway, this is a place that should be on ALL South Island road trips... Lake Pukaki is one of those places that has to be seen to be believed. It is this amazing colour of blue as it is fed from glaciers in the Southern Alps.. but the best part is the view of NZ's tallest mountain, Aoraki/Mount Cook. I don't know if it's just me or all Kiwis but I have a real sense of pride whenever I see Aoraki/Mount Cook. The road to the Aoraki/Mount Cook Village is one of the most scenic aroubd and it really is worth the small detour from the main road.
In the process of writing a blog post about the Easter day trip I took with my niece. It was so much fun exploring a part of QLD I'd driven past a few times but never stopped at
Sometimes I feel like I have so much to say but nothing to share.. or is it the other way round 🤔 Lake Rotoiti, South Island, New Zealand April 2016.. one of the best detours I've taken
